I use masa for making the batter for fried chiles rellenos. I mix masa and egg yolks with some beer or water. I add salt and pepper. Whip the egg whites until fairly stiff, then fold the whites into the batter.
It's a different way to enjoy that masa taste besides tortillas. Hope that helps you.

I use MASA flour in my chili. I use about a few tbsp of masa per large crockpot batch to thicken a bit and give it great flavor.

You can make tortillas, sopes(which are like really thick tortillas, in which you put the toppings on top) or gorditas (these are also really thick tortillas that you cut in half and stuff) Atole which is a hot drink sort of like hot chocolate.
