Yes, likely if either of you have had sex with someone else after you both lost your virginity. Highly unlikely if you both are in a monogamous relationship. Keep in mind that HIV is transmited through bodily fluids, meaning ay blood or secretions in situations other that sexual intercourse, e.g. drug use, blood transfusions, although becuase of new medical technology,this last is not that common anymore

Only if one of the people involved already had HIV from something like a blood transfusion, etc, but that would be a longshot.

Generally, that would be safe, assuming both people are really virgins.

If your partner has HIV prior to you two having sex, then yes, you could get HIV (remember that HIV is not ONLY contracted via sexual activity, however it is the most likely). Do not trust in someone's word alone - use condoms!

yes you can, becuz it is possible that she could have gotten it from her parents, needles, exchanging blood, etc.
if i was about to have sex with a person i would get them and myself checked out, cuz if u dont get checked hiv is irreversable. and plus most times symptoms wont show for years.

of course, but only if that person was an intravenous drug user by sharing needles, also u can get hiv with oral sex, and of course transfusions, but that's not likely.. EVERYONE SHOULD GET TESTED U NEVER KNOW...

yes, the other person may not infact be a vergin (people LIE) and the other person may of fooled around w/out intercourse and be infected.
