Yes, it is possible not to spread the virus, but it's not likely. Using condoms lower the risk of spreading HPV but any skin-to-skin genital contact can pass it on. This is definitely something you need to inform your potential partner of before jumping in the sack.

that is impossible even with condoms. if you have hpv, you will pass it on. unless you never have sex ever again for the rest of your poor forsaken life.
