You may have an upper respiratory infection. If you don't feel better in a few days, you should see a doctor. It is likely you need antibiotics.
Feel better.

Bacteria give off waste and some give off waste in very characteristic colors like green, brown, yellow and blue. Anytime you have mucus or sputum in colors other than white (clear), it's an indicator of infection. You don't say how profuse the bleeding is but it may be due to vigorous nose-blowing. If so, then it's superficial. Not all infection is accompanied by fever. Make an appointment with your primary care physician.

You need to get to the doctor. The green stuff means there's a bacterial infection going on. It won'tgo away without antibiotics.
The bleeding isn't normal.
Even if you don't have a fever now, you will soon. Go while you're able to walk in by yourself. Pretty soon, you'll be miserable.

You only get antibiotics if you have a bacterial infection. If you're expercing green mucus, you should visit your doctor. You definately have an infection of some sort. You may need the antibiotics.

It's hard to differentiate viral from bacterial infections. You have green mucus (sign of bacteria) but you also have no or low fever (sign of virus). I would say if you can deal with it, just let your body's natural defenses go to work. Get plenty of rest, drink lots of water, and take some Mucinex (breaks up mucus).

See a doctor that is the best way to know if you need antibiotics. Usually if your drainage is clear then you don't but since you have green and blood I'd assume you do need them.

The green means there's an infection there. Maybe it's bronchitis. Check with your doctor.
