Well it depends, are you trying to have the kids contained in one area or have a free for all?? Whens your daughters birthday?? Are you planning on spending money or trying to keep in a budget??

If its in the spring a birthday party at the park or in your backyard would be nice. Rent one of those inflatable jumpers so the kids can play inside or have someone come and entertain them.

If its still in the winter you can maybe rent a hall if you dont want to have it in your home. Have some entertainment set up for the kids that you know they'll like.

Do you have a Gymboree around you anywhere?? They will be expensive, but there is a ton of things for a 2 year old to do there. You would have the space all to yourself. Good luck!!
