If you want to eat truly healthy, lose body fat consistently, normalize your blood pressure, cholesterol levels, prevent cancer, and even boost your brain health and energy levels, you may have heard all over the news that the Paleo Diet has been found to be one of the best methods of achieving all of these benefits compared to any other popular "fad" diets out there. Go here https://bitly.im/aNDZ3

The truth is that the Paleo Diet will never be considered a fad because it's just simply the way that humans evolved to eat over approximately 2 million years. And eating in a similar fashion to our ancestors has been proven time and time again to offer amazing health benefits, including prevention of most diseases of civilization such as cancer, heart disease, alzheimers, and other chronic conditions that are mostly caused by poor diet and lifestyle. One of the biggest misunderstandings about the Paleo Diet is that it's a meat-eating diet, or a super low-carb diet. This is not true

Super turkey chili
Ingredients
2 pounds natural ground turkey breast
2 tablespoon olive or canola oil
3 medium onions, diced (about 2 cups)
1 medium zucchini, diced (about 1 cup)
2 cloves garlic, minced
Two (28 ounce) cans of diced tomatoes
One (6 ounce) can tomato paste
Two (15 ounce) cans red kidney beans
4 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon cumin
1 teaspoon cayenne (optional)
2 teaspoon sea salt
1 bunch fresh cilantro, diced
1 (8 ounce) cup plain low fat yogurt

Heat a large soup pot over medium heat. Add oil, onion, zucchini and garlic,
sauté for 5 minutes, or until soft. Add ground turkey, cook and stir until
browned. Add diced tomatoes, tomato paste, beans, chili powder, cumin, cayenne
and salt. If chili is too thick, add water or broth to achieve desired
consistency. Simmer for at least 20 minutes.
Ladle into bowls and serve piping hot.

turkey chili
2 cups chopped onion
4 garlic cloves, chopped fine
1 cup chopped green pepper
1/4 cup olive oil
2 (35 oz) cans stewed tomatoes, crushed
2 (15 oz) cans kidney beans, drained
2 Tbsp tomato paste
3/4 cup chicken or turkey stock
2 Tbsp chili powder (or up to 4 Tbsp if you like it really hot)
1 Tbsp ground cumin
1 Tbsp dried hot red pepper flakes
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 Tbsp salt, plus more if desired to taste
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
3 to 4 cups of shredded, cooked turkey meat
Sugar
Shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, sour cream for optional garnish.

1 In a large, 8-quart, thick-bottom pot, cook the onion and green pepper over
medium high heat, stirring, until golden, about 5 minutes. Add the garlic, chili
powder, cumin, and red pepper flakes and cook, stirring, for a minute or two
more. Add a bit more olive oil if needed.
2 Add tomatoes, tomato paste, stock. beans, oregano, salt, pepper, and cooked
turkey meat. Bring mixture to a simmer and reduce heat to low. Simmer,
uncovered, for an hour.
3 Salt to taste. Add 1 to 3 teaspoons of sugar to take the edge of the acidity
of the tomatoes if desired.
The chili may be made in advance and chilled for 2 days, or frozen for 2 months.
Serve with shredded cheddar cheese, chopped red onion, and or sour cream. Serve
alone, over rice, or with corn bread.
