My friend has high Insulin levels and she told me today that when she goes to the toilet, her urine is bright yellow. She thinks that it could just be the vitamin tablet she had this morning, but she is still a little worried. She also said that she has been feeling a little queasy and like she has been wanting to be sick. She wonders if all this could be a sign of pregnancy.

High "insulin" levels? Are you sure you don't mean high blood sugar levels?
The urine being bright yellow is almost certainly due to the vitamin tablet.
Has she missed any periods? Her other symptoms may well be because of morning sickness, however, if she has continued high blood sugar levels, she may be in danger of diabetic ketoacidosis (if she is a Type I diabetic) and should get to hospital ASAP.
If she truely has high "insulin" levels, then she may have low blood sugar because of the insulin, and should eat some jelly beans, drink some cordial etc.

Well if she thinks she is diabetic she seriously needs to go to the hospital. My boyfriend is/was a healthy 24 year old. he started losing weight, drinking UNGODLY amounts of water, like a 12 pack of bottled water in only a 4-5 hour period or less, peeing a lot. it made his eyesight weaken, his bladder weaken, When he first said "I think I have diabetes" we were all like "Yeah right" but when he went to the hospital, and his suger was in the 700 the dr said "I dont know how you drove yourself here, I can't beleive you're not passed out." He knew he couldn''t go to bed that night, and if he did he probably would have never woken up. that's how serious it is, suger can really mess up your body, it's NOTHING to mess around with. tell her to get checked like yesterday.

Wow! You went from high insulin to bright yellow pee, to queasy, to she thinks she might be pregnant. Tell your friend to see a doctor... and get some condoms.

HOW HIGH IS HIGH ?? DOES SHE KNOW WHAT BG IS ??
DOES SHE SMELL SWEET ?
TAKE BG COUNT & HAVE HER DRINK LOTS OF WATER.
THAT WILL HELP FLUSH BODY & KIDNEYS OF SUGAR... & MAKE HER PEE ALOT. URINE SHOULD START TO GET LIGHTER AS COUNT GOES DOWN. WHEN SUGAR IS HIGH IT MAKES YOUR STOMACH UNEASY & GIVES YOU SICK TO YOUR STOMACH FEELING.... I USED TO HAVE DRY HEAVES & THROW UP WATER WHEN REAL HIGH COUNT. IT MAKES YOUR STOMACH HURT LIKE BEING EMBEDDED IN SAND PIT. IT IS JUST ALL THE SUGAR IN YOUR SYSTEM. FLUSH IT OUT WITH WATER & TAKE INSULIN/PILLS MEDS TO BRING IT DOWN.
DON'T FOOL AROUND WITH IT.
VITAMIN...SMITAMIN..... SOUNDS LIKE A CRY FOR HELP.
STOP VITAMINS THEN & IMMED. GET GLUCOSE COUNTS CHECKED OUT. IF COUNTS HAVE BEEN TOO HIGH FOR TOO LONG, IT WILL MESS HER BODY UP & CAUSE SERIOUS DAMAGES.
*** PLEASE HELP HER GET ANY HELP SHE MIGHT NEED.
