i m male 40 years old my sax power is week in 1year later so pls give me advise medicin & other treetment

Get a new saxophone.
Unless you meant sex, in which case do nothing. People who spell 75% of the words in a sentence incorrectly should not do anything that could lead to breeding.

lay down and be very still. Whatever you do, don't get an education or even think about using that spell check feature. Try not to worry too much, nobody really likes the saxophone anymore!

well, when you get older, you can't always play the saxophone like you used to.
