Apparently it does Denis Leary, or at least it used to; On No Cure for Cancer, he said tonight he was on NyQuil and Sudafed :))

It does me, but I am extra sensitive to anti histamines, pain killers, cold meds etc. Even Dayquil makes me loopy.

If I take two pills it makes me feel spacey. Like me, you probably have a sensitivity to it. I take only one pill now especially if I'm driving.
