It is a dish almost like a salad made of cracked wheat, mint, parsley, onions, tomatoes. All chopped very fine and dressed with lemon juice, oil, salt & pepper.

Real tabouli has mint leaves in it!

tabouli...is a Middle Eastern salad dish.
It's primary ingrediends are Bulgar, parsley, mint, tomato, spring onion and other herbs, with lemon juice.

My mom makes it the BEST!!!

Tabouli is actually more of a parsley salad, with bulgar, seasoned with chopped mint leaves, minced garlic, salt, pepper, fresh squeezed lemon juice and olive oil. Diced tomatoes can be added.

aaaagggghhhh my specialty. it is a middle eastern salad dish to be eaten alone or with bread , meat, chicken etc.
it is parsley, with tomato, lemon, burgul, oil and a little salt. you can also have onion if you like it.
