I'm sitting here answering questions and all of a sudden I get a feeling in the MIDDLE of my chest that feels like I swallowed some liquid and it has went down the wrong pipe.(You know the feeling)
I WAS NOT drinking anything, not eating, not smoking, not nothing. Now I feel kinda light headed(not bad, just a little). What could this be? I don't want to be running to the emergency room for nothing or alarming my hubby either unless I know it is something serious and not just a muscle twinge or some other stupid stuff.. Kinda got a slight pain in pit of stomach too. Just came on all of a sudden. (ALL symptoms together)
ANY Dr. or nurses out their with advice?

NOT stressed about anything. Couldn't be more calm. So I don't think it's anxiety or panic. NEVER had problems with either one of these.

Just don't sit in front of PC :
1) Call 911 or helpline first.
2)Take soluble disprin in a glass of water.
3) cough off and on as it keeps the ventricle contacting.
4) wait till your service, if possible call neighbor on phone/friend.

I agree that you're better safe than sorry. Call 911.
Women have different symptoms of heart attacks than men do and it's not always just pain in the chest, but nausea, upset stomach, light-headedness, flu-like symptoms as well. If you've been diagnosed with high cholesterol or high blood pressure, that increases your risk of heart attack too.
Please see the article below for how women's symptoms differ from men's and also see the American Heart Association website for more info. Hope it was just a false alarm!

I'm sorry, I can't answer your question. But I saw the topic head and couldn't help but answer anyway. Call 911. Don't worry about alarming anyone - if you think something is wrong you need to get help immediately.

A lot of the times people dont even know they are having aheart attack. I would reccommend going and getting it checked out, because it is better to be safe then sorry, and have it be something bad, and then it be too late. Follow your gut instinct as well.... If you havent done anything to bring this on..... From my own experience it is better to go in, be told its nothing, then to stay home, and have it be a major thing.....

If you think that you are having a heart attack, call 911 NOW. The emergency room personnel would much rather see a live person who doesn't need their help than hear about a dead one who didn't come in.
DO NOT DRIVE YOURSELF OR ALLOW YOUR HUSBAND DRIVE YOU TO THE HOSPITAL; CALL 911 - AN AMBULANCE PATIENT IS SEEN BEFORE A WALK-IN. DO IT NOW.

Go to the ER now. Anytime you have a sudden chest pain that you've never had before---the ER needs to see you immediately. I would call 911----NOT have your husband take you. They can begin treating you in the ambulance.
NOW.

Yeah....agree with the 'cardiologist' above!
Take an aspirin and go to the nearest ER. Hopefully, it's just a muscle sprain but, its better to be safe than sorry!

No, it's NOT a heart attack. Might be Acid Reflux disease.. check it out online, then consult a Dr. if you feel you should.
