Chest pains usually a sign of heart attracted and heart burn, but in your case I don't really know.

it could mean anything...but if u are younger than middle age it prolly wont mean heart attack
maybe just palpitations
or u liftted something heavy
or u wore a tank top and got a lil cold on ur chest
if its serious, check out a medical website or talk to ur doctor

it depends on the site of pain. ie.central ,lt sided,and the charachter of pain+radiation+having risk factors for cardiac diseases.1/ischemic .h. 2/mucloskletal 3/oesophegitis4/gastro oesph. reflux. 5/pulmonary embolism 6/pneumothorax. 7/ aortic aneurism. 8/psycic .9/thoracic nerves insult.ie.trauma,infection+ so many other minor causes, according to age and risk factors.

could be panic attacks,muscle spasms,or a mild heart attack,if in doubt go to the ER,or see a doctor ASAP, if you are taking diet pills then stop,they make your heart race!
