This is actually a fairly common finding and those with it are usually unaware of it. The causes are eventration, a herniation of the diaphragm muscle that allows abdominal oragns to push up into the chest cavity; the liver pushing upward against the diaphragm; fluid in the abdominal cavity (ascites); and weakness or paralysis of the muscle of the diaphragm. I do not know what has caused your particular elevation. It can cause shortness of breath on exertion. "May be a chronic finding" means that the elevation may be a constant condition. No way to be absolutely sure about this unless you have more CXRs and have the same results.

If you like, you can use CXR, which means chest X-ray, instead of xr chest, which we don't use. Next time you have a diagnostic test of any kind, discuss the results with the physician who ordered it and direct this kind of question to her or him. This is the very best person to answer your questions and address your concerns.

If GOD wanted people like him then why did he create Eve as Adam's companion and create that tree of life trick and then throw everybody out of the garden. I think GOD created Adam so he could have some entertainment but Adam didn't have opportunity to express his real personality until Eve came too. The tree and fruit thereof was still a trick, damn these fig leaves, and GOD is still laughing !!!
