Doubt if you can do much about it at the moment. If you are heavily pregnant you are lucky to be getting comfortable enough to sleep let alone snore. If your partner is complaining about the racket tell him its as much his fault you're like this and it won't last forever, kick him out onto the sofa! I assume you've tried all the normal things with pillows propping up legs etc, to try to get comfy, I found lying on my side the most comfy position but really could only cat nap what with needing to pee every hour, cramps, and baby kicking. You will perfect the art of sleeping standing up once baby arrives - that stops the snoring! Good luck.

Many devices claim to help and some operations on the nose and throat. I know someone who sleeps with a face mask and tube arrangement. Sleeping alone in the attic is another option.

snoring is when you are breathing and there is something vibrating in your mouth. breathe thru your nose, when you r sleeping. you can buy nose valve openers that go on over your nose

See your doctor and have him/her schedule you for a night in a sleep clinic and they will find and fix the problem. Good luck.
