Ligamentum arteriosum is the normal degenerated form Ductus Arteriosus that supplied the fetus with cross-over oxygenated blood from the right heart to the pulmonary artery to the aorta.

Numbers 1,3 and 4 are fetal structures that are necessary for the fetus to survive inside it's mother. These are NOT structures that you want to remain after birth. So to answer your question, the correct answer is 2. The ligamentum arteriosum is what's left when the ductus arteriosus closes after the baby's birth.
