It is been one month since i quit smoking, but still the black tar like thing come out almost everyday once especially after taking food.

Is is common. It comes along with phelgm (or mucous) not sure what it is termed. Is it common??

Quite normal. Your body's expelling the buildup of impurities smoking put into your body. In a few more weeks, your lungs will be in better shape than they've been in years. Exercise will help speed the process along.

I think it takes 1 year for every 7 years of smoking to clean out your lungs. Good for you for quitting, keep it up!

Takes one to 3 months to get out of this stage, depends on how much you smoked and how long you smoke
