If you are 100% positive that BOTH you and your partner do NOT have any STD's, and you are 100% positive that both of you are ONLY sleeping with eachother, then you are completely fine. You cant catch an STD from a person unless they have it, so if your partner doesnt have anything, there's nothing for you to catch. However, its best to get checked every now and then anyway, just to be on the safe side. I wish you the best of luck, and if you're sure you're both clean and faithful, you can rest assure that you are safe from anything.
By the way, the pill wont have any affect on STD's, so there is nothing to worry about there.

No if neither of u have any then its impossible, unless one may be unfaithful during the relationship and sleep with someone else there is a low risk of you getting an STI
Multiple partners are a cause of STI.

You should be worried about stds. most people who have them do not know. Some diseases remain dormant for years. The only way to be safe is to wear a condom every time or you both need to go to the health clinic and get a std test. I know theres a whole trust issue in every relationship but its healthier for the relationship to know that both of you are clean.
Also some people are just carriers of diseases they don't actually get it.

IF both of you were virgins when you met then no STD in the way that you mean it is possible. IF! In the States couples often get themselves tested and certified clear before relationships.
Oh if everyone could always be certain that everyone else always tells the truth. Sorry you can't this is the real world.

Well there is a possiblity. This is never out of the picture the one person thing. Anyone is liable for everything. So it is good as long you know that she is clean and you are clean. Just be careful and be faithful. The both of you. Good luck!

Babies......herpes (like cold sores...often systemic not via STD but oral sex can transfer the herpes simplex to the groin area), thrush (yeast infection caused by stress or body imbalance like food, alcohol etc).
How do YOU know she hasnt had sex before...you can only go on her word. Women often dont protect themselves well, so you need to stay safe so you dont get her pregnant (along with 18 years of child support payments).
