Three species of Chlamydia cause human disease, including sexually transmitted diseases and pneumonias. Most are susceptible to azithromycin, doxycycline, and some fluoroquinolones.
In men, chlamydia may produce symptoms similar to those of gonorrhea (discharge from penis or rectum, burning on urination or defecation), and can also cause epididymitis (inflammation of epididymis-a small oblong body attached to the posterior surface of the testes) and orchitis (inflammation of the testicle). However, up to 25% of infected men may have no symptoms. Untreated infection, however, may lead to infertility.
Health Tip: Prevent HIV infection
• Stay faithful to your partner; do not have multiple sex partners.
• Avoid sex with an infected person and commercial sex workers.
• Use a condom for barrier protection.
• Do not reuse needles or syringes.
Please see the web pages for more details on Chlamydia.

Chlamydia NO! It is perfectly treatable

other STD's may cause sterility if left untreated but none to my knowledge cause impotency. (That is if you consider the lack of an erection ability to be impotent.)
Some STD infections reduce sperm count or eliminate it completely but this condition is known as infertility or sterility.
