serility is the inabilty to conceive and it can be caused by quite a number of things.
Ectopic pregnancy is tubal prgnancy and because the tubes are small it can be very fatal. As the baby grows beyond the elasticity of the tube , it can twist and burst. It is usually terminated immediately after its realised to safeguard the health of the mother

sterility is the inability to become pregnant, ectopic pregnancy is a tubal pregnancy and they must be terminated because it will kill you to try to cary one to term in the tube. in fact you cant cary it long at all.
