Below, I've 'cut and pasted' a portion of a letter I received from the "Family Research Council" in Washington, DC. Tony Perkins, who is the President of the FRC attends regularly scheduled sessions of Congress and reports to Christian Americans who subscribe to their news releases.

Please read this portion and tell me what you think of it.

I am not looking for Anti-Christian scarcasim, and if that's what you intend to put in here, then please do not answer. I am looking for serious Christian based beliefs and I maintain that right.

Military Threats, Our Troops Abroad - Russian President Vladimir Putin has announced a new arms race against the West, calling American plans to counter long range missiles newly acquired by Iran by moving U.S. missiles into Eastern Europe, an act of aggression against Moscow. Analysts say China's use of a rocket to destroy an aged weather satellite, which filled space with debris that already threatens the U.S. space plans, was intended to demonstrate that they can destroy American satellites at will. They say China is warning the U.S. not to interfere in its plan to unite Taiwan with the Mainland, by force if necessary. North Korea and Iran continue to pose a serious threat to their neighbors and the free world. Meanwhile our Democrat-led Congress, by its constant assault upon the President and his Iraq plan, seems determined to demoralize our troops on the ground. The U.S. needs nothing less than God's guidance in our diplomatic and military efforts in the Middle East and around the world. Our troops and our homeland need God's supernatural protection from a host of enemies. But even while our troops defend us overseas, a federal appeals court will soon hear an appeal by dismissed homosexual soldiers seeking "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" to be declared unconstitutional.

Considering the population of Taiwan to be approx. 23 million, and estimating that 4.5% of these people adhere to Christianity, that is a total of 1,035,000 people.

If Mr. Tony Perkins and other staff at Family Research Council in Washington DC are interested in helping all of these sincere Christians in Taiwan, then I suggest that they seriously research the new data which has come forth in the last few years regarding the international legal status of Taiwan.

In a nutshell, there is a coherent line of reasoning under international law, and under US constitutional law, to say that Taiwan is an overseas territory of the United States of America. However, due to the gross negligence of the US State Dept. and other officials in the Executive Branch, this fact has remained hidden from the American people, and the world community, for over 50 years.

The following internet pages have some portions of the relevant analysis. As a practicing Christian in Taiwan, I can say from the heart that if Taiwan is recognized as an overseas territory of the US, then peace in S.E. Asia will be assured for many years to come. The Taiwanese can then live with democracy, freedom, and human rights for all.

Is Mr. Tony Perkins willing to bring this information to the attention of the members of Congress? I hope so.

Quite interesting. The Fifth trumpet sounded when Sadam lit the oil wells on fire, believe it or not. Revelations says Christ will return to destroy those who destroy the earth. The powerful delusion is here and swallowed by a secret society already set up. They believe the delusional lie and are evil. Their secret society is spreading like a cancer threw society. The Holy place may be every Christian church. What happens when enough mistletoe gets in a tree? it sucks all the nutrients out of that tree and kills it. Jesus is going to remove this mistletoe from his tree and burn them.

The message has a considerable amount of sense, but god has nothing to do with it. These are issues that will need to be dealt with by the entire polity, not just the religious types, and to suppose that some sort of divine intervention might make it easier to do so cannot be justified on the basis of any evidence.

As Catholics we've self belief that God is merciful to all and saves all, believers and nonbelievers. God loves all whom He created and does no longer decide guy with assistance from his knowledge yet with assistance from his love and his popularity of the 'portion of reality' he gained from his faith. yet contained in the case that one does no longer have self belief and refuses God's mercy willingly even even with the actuality that he's conscious of that God is the actuality, God gained't shop him. God does no longer shop absolutely everyone with assistance from rigidity.

it is unconstitutional, and anybody willing to die for our country should be allowed to do so. This is not a theocracy, and perhaps you should throw yourself on a grenade in their place
