well, during masturbation (sorry) when you feel like you are going to ***, stop. make yourself stop, i know its hard lol. but yeah, i know it will be hard, but stop yourself and just dont ***. when you are having sex, when you feel yourself about to ***, stop, you dont have to pull out or anything, just get out of the rhythm and mess it up so that you have to keep going. and this also makes it feel better for her if you delay her orgasms. but do that several times until you think she might orgasm because i dont think she'll be complaining as long as she finishes lol. if she is doing stuff or during masturbation(sorry again) squeeze the bottom and that is supposed to delay it. and it also heightens the pleasure. just some suggestions, good luck.

I bet you are very ticklish, can barely stand being stroked anywhere on your body, and can't deal with spicy foods? Every guy I have known with this "issue" has been overly sensitive to touch and taste...just an observation...I have heard there are some mild sedatives out there that can help (somewhat) but are not miracle pills, so don't get your hopes up. The best thing I know of (not a cure but a mild help) is those new condoms that are lined with a "desentizing" lotion. You put one on 5-10 minutes before actual penetration. It doesn't numb you so much you can't feel anything, but just enought to get a few more minutes in...another good thing is to accept it--there are more men out there that have PE than there are men that have ED, so I don't know why you don't hear about that more often--and there are lots of other ways to make a woman happy and satisfied...there is a drug going through final FDA testing (not approval--not for a few years and IF it passes this set of tests) that is supposed to be bigger than Viagra, Cialis, etc, that is specifically for PE--can't recall the name, will have to look it up...

I guess more information is needed here to be able to help you with this problem. Firstly it is not uncommon.
But here are some ways that may help you to overcome this ( no pun intended)
Ensure you partner achieves orgasm first this can be done by delaying penetration until she is beginning to experinec her climax. Then you can have your pleasure after.
Masturbation a few hours before also helps to delay premature ejaculation when having intercourse.
Don';t go using desensitizing cremes as these can have allergic effects and resonses on lots of people including your partner.

You or your partner can apply firm pressure at the base of the penis. It will delay ejaculation. Just don't do this too often as it can cause injury if overused.

There's a bunch of things you can do. You can buy this elastic that you use, and it's supposed to help. You you can just take everything really slow, or when your feeling your about too, stop altogether and do something else to occupy her. goodluck

More foreplay for your partner to get her closer to the finish line
or just do her first with everything but your d*ck.

Well you can always not think about it when having it. But you have to feel it so i don't know about that. Well i think if you can control yourself that will help you when having sex... meaning it will help you to hold your *** but you can only do this as how much you can control yourself.

Use condoms with your partner (a good idea anyway), and practice holding off when you are by yourself.
