I'm not sure about China, but I can tell you that Japan is definitely not largely infected with AIDS.

Actually, percentage wise, Taiwan is worse off than either of those countries with both AIDS and Hep C.
But between the two, China is much worse off ranking 14th and Japan is at 89.

japan probably not, china keeps it records classified but they are having problems, and some of the smaller asian countries with semi-legal prostitution its running rampant in
