Levels of blood sugar are usually controlled by two different enzymes in your body.Insulin reduces the levels and allows for sugar to be transferred to the cells in your body, while glucagon has the opposite effect.

Generally speaking low blood sugar can be caused by either decreased secretion of glucagon or increased levels of insulin. There is also the possibility of a combination between the two which is indicative of genetics problems with the enzyme controlling mechanisms.

Thus high blood sugar levels are due to increased glucagon and/or low insulin levels.

Diabetes. To stop the low ones, make sure you eat regularly, including snacks. High blood sugars can be caused by eating too much, eating the wrong food, stress, and various other things. The amount of insulin absorbed from an injection can vary by around 40%. Have you seen a doctor, dietitian? I assume you haven't had diabetes for long. An individual high blood sugar won't harm you too much- unless over 20mmol/l in which case you should seek medical attention from a doctor or hospital. A low one can more quickly so make sure you treat any hypos.

I'm a 45 year old woman and was recently diagnosed as being a borderline diabetic. My doctor prescribed some medication, but before filling it I decided to do some research on the internet which led me to the methods. After reading this ebook and applying the methods, my scepticism turned to 100% belief. I noticed that my energy levels increased significantly and I felt more rested in the morning, my symptoms started going away.

I am very happy to tell you that I have been feeling better than I have felt in years and my doctor informed me that he will be taking me off my prescriptions if I keep this up.

I recommend you use the Type 2 Diabetes Destroyer to naturally reverse your diabetes.

Whether you have been diagnosed as a diabetic or not, you should see a doctor immediately. Your inconsistent blood sugar levels is not normal and can cause complications associated with diabetes. If you are already diagnosed as a diabetic, your blood sugar is out of control and need some adjustments in your medication and/or diet.

Umm.. if you haven't eaten for a while it can affect your blood sugar.

I'm tempted to be a troll and say you have diabetes but I'm sure that's not the case. Let me go do some research.

Wikipedia says that diabetes is the most common source for loss of blood sugar regulation.

Hypoglycemia could be it, too

Are you diabetic and on medication such as insulin? If so then there is your reason. Do you check your bloodsugar before an injection, do you snack?
