There is no known cure for asthma!

My two children have it-and if there was anything to be done to "cure it"-believe me-I would have done it!!!

Asthma can very serious if not treated/not taken seriously.

But when on appropriate medications and following up with a doctor-asthma is usually just an inconvenience you learn to live with.

I can't stress enough how important it is to take the prescribed meds and follow any instructions the DR gives you.

If you do what you are supposed to-you should be all set!

Be sure that your friend is seeing an asthma/allergy doctor or a pulmonologist and following ALL the instructions that the DR gives your friend!!!

Hope this helps and God Bless your friend!

There is no cure but certain things can keep it well under control. Look into a new drug called Xolair. I have taken it for a year now. It comes in the form of a shot. It can be administered bi-weekly or monthly. This has literally saved my life!! I take the Xolair once a month and also take allergy shots. I couldn't hardly breathe before doing this. Have them go to an allergy specialist and talk to them about this. It is a wonder drug.

My 2 yr old son had asthma and we used Rio Vida from 6236592.my4life.com and never had another episode. Rio Vida is the Transfer Factor version but in liquid. see these tetimonies also:
With terrible asthma since age 7, I began 4Life™ Transfer Factor™ 2 1/2 weeks ago and I've gone from 20 medications & inhalers, to one pill and one inhaler. Darlene J.

My son Ryan has asthma. He was on three inhalers per day. After 9 days on Transfer Factor, he stopped using his inhalers. We took him to the Doctor and learned that his lung function had returned to normal. He has not touched an inhaler since July of 98. Kevin O.

Currently there is no cure but there are several ways to keep it under control so it doesn't affect your life as much. They have a lot of new drugs out there that help keep your lung tissues from getting inflammed. I would see an Pulmonologist if you need help finding the right drug.

A cure? On behalf of the asthmatics around the world, including myself, I say we wish. There are many treatments, however, which can be very effective. Feel free to check out some of them, and ask your doctor about them. Many people "Grow out of it" but it is still a lifelong DISEASE which needs to be taken very seriously.

Try a food supplement marketed by an MLM company. My mother got off her asthma inhaler with the use of the supplements. If your friend is interested, he/she can write me at jade_flowershop@yahoo.com.
