it can be...the baby can contract the herpes virus during labor if you have an outbreak...doctor usually won't deliver the baby vaginally..they'll take you up for a c-section to avoid passing herpes to the baby...

Yes it is. The baby can go blind from a herpes outbreak during labor...a c section would be done in that case..more can happen but I am not sure so I wont post...

Yes, your baby can Die or he will come out mentally and physically challenged. This happened to a woman who had a vaginal birth. She did not know she had herpes. I believed her child was blind too. I saw the episode on TLC or the Discovery health channel. YOu need to be treated and have a C-section.

The diseases may be passed on to the baby also the baby can become blind if the baby comes in contact with an open ulcer during delivery. It is best to have a c-section

after pregnancy, start treating the herpes with Neem oil topicly, and neem leaf or bark internally. also take milk thistle and turmeric. you will never have another outbreak. However, neem also functions as a birth control. that is why you should not use it while pregnant or trying to get pregnant.

If your doctors know you have herpes they usually schedule you for a c-section just to be careful.

i don't know if its life threatening but your chances off passing it to the child are indefinite (that's vaginal birth) my friend has herpes and she had to deliver by c-section

very deadly,you will for sure need a c-section.Pay attention for the out breaks you don't want a baby to get that from you,nuerological problems can develop also.
