I went to the ER this morning, felt like i as dieing. turns out i needed a longer and stronger treament on the nebulizer, plus i have a miner respiratory infection. now with that said, the antibiotic im on now is called AMOXICILLIAN. can i still take mucinex(SP) to help break up the congestion in my chest?

Yes... you can still take Mucinex to help break-up the mucus in your lungs. Drink lots of water. It will make your cough more productive.

well the infection you talk about here is such are assuduous one, My suggestion is that you can still make use of the mucinex (SP) to break p the congestion in you chest or you se you personal doctor for more enlightemnet on this issue

Yes, be sure he drinks plenty of water to make the mucinex work. It will losen any congestion.
