The liquid part of blood is made from fluid we drink and salts which occur in the body. Red blood cells are made in the spleen and white cells are made in the bone marrow. There are other elements in blood which are made by various organs (hormones from the thyroid, pituitary gland and other). the link below is informative.
Whole blood cannot be synthesised in a lab, but some parts of it can be (such as plasma).
