Can you get AIDS from making out/ swapping spit with a guy if he has AIDS???

It would take a 5 gallon bucket of saliva to contain enough for you to get aids. AIDS is transmitted through bodily fluids like blood and semen.

Yes, if the person had open sores or you were exposed in any other way to his blood. But, it's not possible through saliva alone.

No...only through body fluids. Not including saliva. You can get mononucleosis though.
