umhh how i like to eat chinese cuisine. mind you i am not chinese .

Do not be afraid to try anything one time. You can ask friends or the resturaunt what they would recommend and select a small sample. If you like it.. Great!! If you don't like it.. You have your own experience to tell you that you don't. I also am not Chinese but know a little bit about the culture. In different areas of China there are different cooking practices or specialties. Different spices and level of "heat" due to practices of putting peppers in the food. Ultimately it will be up to you to decide what you like or not.. I like foods from around the world but some of the more exoctic chinese foods i have decided to pass on.

Most "Chinese" food these days is Americanized. I like Spicy Stir-Fried Tofu with Veggies, some Veggie Fried Rice, and some of those cold noodles with the peanut sauce and cucumbers. I think they're called Dan-Dan Noodles or somethin'.
Whatever, they're deelish!

I love Chinese food but unfortunately I developed an allergy to MSG and can never again enjoy.

Love it! What I have is probably Amercanized Chinese, but it's still darn good! I love crab rangoon, pork lo mein, and cashew chicken. But it's all good.

Its okay but its really greasy which is kinda of gross......i like Tai food which is a little healthier and spicier
