I'm just going to put together a bunch of Appetizers. No one's going to want to eat a large meal with beer anyways. So far, I'm making:

-Wings
-Deviled Eggs
-Kraut/Sausage Balls
-Chex Mix
-Cheese Ball with Butter Crackers

Anyone have anything to add that would compliment? I feel like I'm missing something. Recipes and links appreciated. Thanks!!!

Sounds like you have some great appetizers already, but I noticed you don't have any chips and dips listed. Nothing is better for the Superbowl than Guacamole and Tortilla chips. Guacamole is made more on Superbowl Sunday than on Cinco De Mayo(it's true). Her is a recipe I have used for years and is always a big hit. If you're having a big party just double the recipe! Good Luck!!!

3 Haas avocados, halved, seeded and peeled
1 lime, juiced
1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
1/2 teaspoon cayenne
1/2 medium onion, diced
2 Roma tomatoes, seeded and diced
1 tablespoon chopped cilantro
1 clove garlic, minced

In a large bowl place the scooped avocado pulp and lime juice, toss to coat. Drain, and reserve the lime juice, after all of the avocados have been coated. Using a potato masher add the salt, cumin, and cayenne and mash. Then, fold in the onions, tomatoes, cilantro, and garlic. Add 1 tablespoon of the reserved lime juice. Let sit at room temperature for 1 hour and then serve.

Okay we are having a superbowl party at my house. About 15 or more people are going to be there. Here is what we are having:
-chick strips
-french fries
-deviled eggs
-hot wings
-potato salad
-tositos with cheese and red sauce dip
-shrimp w/dip (the small shrimps)
-maybe..crab salad, haven't decided yet
-beer
-5 different kind of pops (just incase no one wants a beer, especially the youngins, youngest there will be 16 and up, oldest is like 50 something.)
-3 different kind of crackers, cheese, sausage, squeeze cheese
plus some other stuff. It is all going to be set up buffa style. So when they want something they can just grab a small paper plate , and put there munchies and it.

AND hope to god there food doesn't fall or get spit out of there mouth when they are yelling or hurr-aying the football players.

Shrimp on the barby is always good....

here's a recipe that I just LOVE....
Sugar Cane Skewered Shrimp, Marinated with Lime, Chili and Chives

Serves 4

Ingredients:

3 limes
2 red jalapeno chilies, finely chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
½ bunch fresh chives, finely chopped (about 2 tablespoons)
½ teaspoon sea salt
2 tablespoons olive oil
16 uncooked jumbo shrimp (about 1 pound/500 g), peeled and deveined
1 8-inch/200 cm stick of sugar cane
Avocado Lemon and Organic Yogurt Dip (see the recipe that follows)

Method:

Grate the peel from 2 limes into a large bowl. Stir in the, chilies, chives and salt. Add the shrimp and toss to coat. Drizzle the oil over and toss to coat again. Cover and refrigerate at least 20 minutes. Trim the bark from the sugar cane and discard. Cut the remaining sugar cane into 8 splinter-like skewers. Thread 2 shrimp on each skewer.

Prepare the barbecue for high heat. Grill the shrimp until just opaque in the center, about 2 minutes per side. Halve the remaining lime and squeeze it over the shrimp on the grill. Transfer the skewers onto a platter and serve with the dip.

Avocado, Lemon and Organic Yogurt Dip

Makes 2 cups

Ingredients:

2 large ripe avocados, peeled and pitted
3 tablespoons/45 ml fresh lemon juice (from 1 lemon)
1/2 cup/120 g natural organic yogurt
Salt and freshly ground black pepper, to taste

Method:

Using a potato masher, mash the avocados with the lemon juice in a large bowl until smooth and creamy (alternatively a food processor can be used to make this dip extra creamy). Whisk in the yogurt. Season generously to taste with salt and pepper.

Transfer to a serving bowl and serve with the shrimp.

Super Bowl Nachos YUM!

8 cups tortilla chips, home-made or store bought
1/2 lb lean ground beef
1/2 lb chorizo sausage, casing removed (or use 1 lb. ground beef)
1 large onion, chopped
salt
liquid red pepper seasoning (Tabasco)
1 (1-2 lb) can refried beans
1 (4 ounce) can whole green chilies, seeded and chopped
2-3 cups shredded monterey jack cheese or mild cheddar cheese
3/4 cup prepared green taco sauce or red taco sauce
1 medium avocado, peeled, pitted and coarsely mashed (garnish)
1 cup sour cream (garnish)
1/4 cup chopped green onions (garnish)
1 cup pitted ripe olives (garnish)
1 mild red pickled pepper (garnish)
chopped fresh cilantro (garnish)

Crumble beef and sausage into a wide frying pan over medium-high heat; add onion and cook, stirring to break up meat, until meat is lightly browned.
Spoon off fat; season to taste with salt and hot pepper seasoning.
Spread beans in a shallow 10x15-inch baking pan or oven proof dish.
Top evenly with meat mixture, sprinkle with chiles and cheese, then drizzle with taco sauce.
Bake, uncovered, in a 400° oven for 20-25 minutes or until very hot throughout.
Meanwhile, prepare garnishes of your choice.
Remove pan from oven and quickly garnish, mounding avocado and sour cream in the center, and adding other garnishes as desired.
Quickly tuck tortilla chips around edges of bean mixture and serve immediately.
If desired, keep platter hot on an electric warming tray.

You need chips and salsa or a nacho cheese dip. Or a veggie tray. A lot of people like to have celery or carrot sticks with their hot wings. Oh yeah, and you need something sweet too...maybe some cupcakes, brownies or cookies. Other than that, you got things handled! Have fun!

a couple of other good finger foods are, smokies, wrapped in a corn bread twist and baked, these can be dipped in your favorite sauces, also everyone in my family likes the ham cream cheese rollups with a green onion in them, some also put pickles instead of onion. Just a few thoughts.

i would definately have nachoes, some other chips and dip, a fruit tray, some veggies and dip, maybe some mini tacos or those small quesadillas, pizza, pretzles, jello, snacks like olives and cheese cubes, string cheese, a candy bowl like hershey kisses and/or m&m's, and of course lots of beer, soda, and bottled water
