definitely collard. we eat them once a week. the
best way to make them is start with a little olive oil in a pot. when it's hot, add the greens and let them shrink about 4-6 minutes, depending on how much you have. Add chicken broth and dried onion (comes in a spice jar). cook until it's the tenderness you like.

I love them both, but collards are much more of a treat, since turnips are easier to come by. Lots of barbeque places serve turnips as a side dish option.
