If you want to still use dairy and eggs, those are great sources. Protein is in everything though (Even Frito's has it!). Grains are also a good source (whole wheat pasta, quinoa etc)

Yes, pasta and other grains have protein. Peas and lentils are fantastic sources too.

Buckwheat is I believe the grain with the most protein, and maybe quinoa? You can get buckwheat pancakes at TJ's country place (or at least they used to have them, not sure if still have them).Milk and cheese if no nuts or beans....

since you're allergic to nuts and hate beans, try these...

tofu, soy beans, legumes (peas, chick peas), pastas are good, and CHEESE...
cheese pizza, macaroni & cheese, french fries covered with shredded cheese and melted on top (can put veggie chili over cheese fries too), grilled cheese sandwiches

can you eat soy? try soy, it's very cheap and high in protein

buy soy beans and make soy milk
or you can grow soy beans and eat soy sprout
and there's tofu, eat a block of tofu per day and you'll have enough protein for that day, get to know your tofu man
