Omnicef does not cause urinary frequency. You could have an infection, be drinking a diuretic like coffee or alcohol, have an irritable bladder, be drinking excess water, have a tumor in there shrinking the storage space or have parasites that exit through the bladder.Take your choice. The best choice is to see your family doctor.

No frequent urination means something is going on like a possible bladder infection. If you are having frequent urination see a doc and get your urine tested.
