I need a theme and some decorations and activities to go with the theme.

well what do you like? is it coming up? well once for my 16th bday we had the whole Hawaiian theme going on. Me and some of my friends got together and did some cover songs which was received pretty well. shouldnt be too hard if you have a medium size backyard to decorate. avoid the whole theme and just get a bunch of ppl and some good dance music and youll be okay

how about a chocolate lovers party?? You could rent a chocolate fountain, and dip strawberries, marshmellows, what ever you want in to the chocolate! I went to a 14 year olds birthday party, and they had a fountain, and it was yummy, and a big hit!!
invitations: Chocolate bars with info about party like time, place, etc printed on stickers then placed on the bars. (kind of like the he or she birth announcements, but just type up stickers with the info,so it doesnt cost much) It would be a delicious invitation you could pass out to your friends!!!
food: a chocolate fountain, of course! with strawberries, marshemellows, all kinds of fruit, and good stuff!! You could order pizza, and have chocolate milkshakes!!! And of course, chocolate cake with chocolate ice cream!
games: guess the chocolate bar! buy different kinds of chocolate bars, like strawberry choclate, white chocolate, dark chocolate, milk chocolate, etc. BE SURE NOT TO BUY BARS WITH NUTS IN THEM IF SOMEONE THERE IS ALLERGIC!!!! Just make sure ahead of time that they dont have allergies!!! Rewrap the bars in plain paper, and hand one out to each girl. Whoever guesses the correct flavor, will win a prize!!!
goodie bags: chocolate cosmetics---(fake of course!) lipgloss, lotions, bath soaps, watever you can find! I've seen these at TJ MAXX and those kind of stores. And candy of course :)
*You guys can just relax and have a great time! You could make it a sleepover, so you have time to do all the activites!

You could have a Oscar themed party. Decorate your room like a movie theater ( Christmas chasing light around the top of the room ( have them chase slowly), movie posters on the walls, red carpet (for when your guests arrive), disposable cameras (for paparazzi), large gold or silver stars to go onto bathroom doors ( dressing room), have movie soundtracks playing on a CD player or play your favorite Oscar winning movies on TV.
For your table have a black tablecloth with glitter on it. Have gold or silver plates, napkins, utensils, cups, etc. for your place setting take a piece of black construction paper and with a silver or gold pen write your guests names on it and attach it to a pair of plastic sunglasses.
For munchies, have popcorn in movie tubs, set up a concession stand with hot dogs ( search the web for a nostalgic hot dog grill), nachos with cheese, movie theater candy, soda.
Have someone make sugar cookies with your favorite stars names on them ( like they have in Hollywood (Hollywood walk of fame) use cake gel to write names.
You could also have cupcakes with your favorite movies names on them.
If you want you could hand out goody bags ( use black bag and add your friends name on it with gold or silver pen). For games play movie trivia or get a movie themed board game.
