"a wide variety of synthetic fibers, such as polypropylene and polyethylene, may be incorporated into paper as a way of imparting desirable physical properties."
In the short term puffing on computer paper wont hurt you but their are elements in paper that are not desirable to your body.
So in short, yes it is bad for you.

WHY WOULD U DO THAT ANYWAY

Just messing with you. Yes its bad. Sure it doesn't have nicotine. However, like smoking pretty much anything, the fire would release Carbon Monoxide, which is pretty bad for you to inhale.

"Carbon monoxide is a colorless, odorless, tasteless, toxic gas that has the molecular formula CO."

Notice the 8th word. Toxic.

Remember Carbon Monoxide is just one of the things released by burning paper. There probably plenty of other stuff.

It's not known what the paper can do. And you say you'll report us all? Try it, hot shot. They'll just tell you that you're crazy.
