for years I've only order the General Tso's Chicken..but would like to try something different tonight, what's good??

My favorite is cashew chicken. You get rice, chicken, cashews, baby corn on the cobs, pea pods, water chestnuts and some other things but I'm not quite sure what they are. Also, won-ton soup is pretty good and don't forget the fortune cookies(my favorite part).

Hunan Shrimp or Chicken
Spicy with vegetables like brocolli, water chesnuts, etc.
Moo Shu Chicken
Chicken and vegetables like chinese cabbage, wrap them in a thin pancake with a sweet plum sauce
Those are my two favorites. I use to eat General Tso's Chicken but I needed a change as well.
Hope that helps, I'm jealous, I want chinese food now. :)

You're in the States so its not like you can get anything real unless your in New York, SF, or Portland OR.
Try lamb kabab, Winter Melon soup, Tomotoes and scrambles eggs, pea greens called Dou Miao, MaLaJiDing (Chicken and very Spicy). But then again you can try the things that the others have recommended though they don't even have General Tsuo's Chicken or orange chicken in China.

Veggie Dumplings are always yummy! But, Spicy Stir-Fried TOfu with Stir Fried Veggies are delicious!

Maybe not for tonight, I'm a little bit late but for next time you can order Mongolian beef. It's very spicy and so delicious.

Crab rangoon! For an entree I like the pork lo mein, mu shu pork, or the cashew chicken.
