My absolute favorites to order are:
Hot-braised chicken: chunks of breaded chicken in a sweet but somewhat spicy sauce served over (or mixed in with) white rice.
Fried rice (i like plain, chicken or beef)
Crab rangoon: a little bit of crab meat mixed with cream cheese (sometimes a little sweet) inside a crunchy fried shell
Egg-drop soup: broth with eggs & white & green onions. it's made by slowly pouring scrambled egg bit-by-bit into the broth while it's boiling
they're all soooo yummy.......i want to go get some chinese now!! hehehe

I say chicken because to me the beef always taste like its dipped in pancake mix and then cooked but i order chicken and snow peas it has chicken, snow peas, water chestnuts, and a light sauce. Chicken and broccili has those in a darker sauce. Chicken with almonds, or chicken with cashew they are both as is in a lighter sauce and my husband likes seasme chicken or general Tsos(pronounced without the T) the seasame is i think twice cooked basted in a soy sauce with seasame seeds which is not my style and the Tsos is chicken with an orange taste and i think those are all that i have tried and can think of off the top of my head my favorite is the snow pea chicken so they all taste great it depends on yor taste bud preference

Sesame chicken and Crab Rangoons. Rangoons are crab and cream cheese wrapped like a fried wonton, then deep fried. They're awesome. The taste is hard to describe. Its not a strong crab taste, but you can taste it there. Really good!

General Tso's Chicken. Has a sweet & spicy taste. Don't eat the little red peppers that come with it. VERY tasty!

Orange Chicken or Sesame Chicken with white rice. Both are chicken with a orange glaze and sweet or honey glaze with toasted sesame seeds also sweet.

I love the peking dumplings. Dough with typically pork mixed with scallions, ginger garlic and maybe other veggies. Either fried or steamed served with a nice soy, ginger and scallion sauce. YUM!

Schezuan Lo Mein with shrimp. It is amazing and has a sweet and spicy taste with shrimp.

Sliced chicken with garlic sauce. You get chicken, red bell peppers, and celery in this spicy garlic sauce.
