sinus drainage?

Is it possible for your sinuses to drain into your lungs, or do they just drain into your stomach?

Sinus drainage goes into the stomach. If it went into the lungs, you would drown--so to speak. You would have very, very difficult breathing.

If you are haveing difficulty in breathing, you should see your doctor.

Not exactly sure..but fluid can build up in your lungs from being sick..that can cause pneumonia etc
