Yes, that's normal. If you were very athletic, say a dedicated runner, your pulse rate would probably be lower but 70 to 90 is pretty average. 120/80 is normal blood pressure. 140/90 would be borderline high.

Yes you are perfectly normal; atheletes normally have low pulse anywhere between 50 and 60. So 70 is completely normal and a pulse rate of 90 could be because you drank some coffee or becuase you are worried about your pulse rate. Blood pressure can also vary from minute to minute; if you are stressed or in pain your blood pressure may be higher; a doctor cannot diagnose high blood pressure in one day. he needs a couple of days of repeated blood pressure checks to diagnose this. If a person is consistantly having a blood pressure over 140 over 90 then he is considered having high blood pressure. If you are still worried by this see your family doctor. He or she will put you at ease.

Per JNCY,
Normal BP is < 120/<80
Pulse rate: 70-75
You should consult your physician to determine YOUR normal blood pressure. JNC7 classifications is only a general guideline because blood pressure depends on our age, morbidity, and treatment strategy by a physician.
