We can modify our risk factors by stopping smoking, knowing our blood pressure, cholesterol, and blood sugar numbers and controlling those numbers with our doctors' help, and controlling our weight. We have the power!

yes i have on red and so does my 12 yearl old daughter. Although I don't think she relizes it she put on a red sweatshirt.
