"Is this enough food?

I started a vegan diet and here is what i eat for monday:
1. breakfast- 6 baby carrots
2. snack- apple
3. a banana
on tuesdays i eat a banana and an orange, is this a good healthy amount? "
~you

~~~~~NO! This is not enough food, nor is it a healthy variety of food. Girl! Get your butt to the store. Get some beans, tofu, grains, soymilk and veggies!!!
"Inbetween my meals, I get hungry?
but i don't want to ruin my appetite."
~You
----Eat. If you are hungry, your body is telling you that you need food.
~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
"i love eating fruits ,especially bananas but....i know that my fruity diet is missing protein but i also don't want to get fat or really cook the food..."
~you

~~Being healthy is more important than not getting fat. Also, you need to be willing to make food. No diet, veggie or meat filled, is going to give you what you need if you are afraid to eat and if you don't feel like putting effort into making food.

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
The problem has nothing to do with your vegetarianism. The problem is that you are not taking care of yourself. I also see by your many questions that you are exercising all the time. Your body cannot handle all that exercise because you are not eating food.
Also ... I am very sorry to be so blunt,
but your problem is that you are borderline-Anorexic.
This is why you have been feeling sick for almost a month now. Your are depleting your body of everything it needs.
Please. Go to the doctor now before it is too late.
There are warming foods, and there are cooling foods, both literally and figuratively (yin yang, hot cold, acid alkaline, etc.). I don’t know where you live, but in the winter (it’s cold where I am), eating out of season foods such as fruit will make me cold, so I’m eating more things such as potatoes, soups, rice, legumes, beans, etc. Helps keep me warmer in this cold weather. I found that when I first changed my diet for the better, all that food I ate before required a lot of energy and time to digest, whereas healthier food takes less of both. So, my digestion and metabolism was not ready for such food. It took time for my body to adjust. I still get cold hands and feet in the winter easily unless I keep moving around, but I think that’s due to the fact I am a bicycle racer and have no fat on me to keep me warm, and I’ve trained my body for years to keep cool in the spring and summer racing months; could be similar to your situation. If you are an endurance athlete (or not), try eating more starchy foods for more heat energy: grains, beans, starchy root vegetables like potato and taro and nice hot soups made with the same. In the hot summer months I do the reverse and I feel totally comfortable while everyone else sweats like mad. I also believe that humans developed to suit a tropical environment, thus, living where it gets cold in the winter is unnatural for humans (well, for those of us without fur; there are some very hairy people out there).
How long have you been a vegetarian, and how long have you been cold for?
My instinct tells me that you're anemic, which can happen if you don't get enough iron in your body. I believe red meat has a lot of iron, so your body might not be getting enough iron now that you're a vegetarian.
Try taking an iron pill (which you can get in the vitamin section of any grocery store or Wal-Mart or Target). Also, eat foods that are rich in iron, such as raisins and other dried fruits (apricots, dates, prunes, etc.), nuts, beans, egg yolks, iron-fortified cereals, iron-fortified pasta, iron-fortified orange juice, broccoli, tofu, parsley, asparagus, and greens (such as kale, collard greens, and spinach).
Vitamin C is also necessary to help your body absorb iron. Try drinking orange juice with a spinach salad, some bean soup (or a burrito), or a bowl of nuts. Or eat an orange or grapefruit with a couple of eggs or a bowl of cereal for breakfast. Try any combination of vitamin C foods with iron rich foods and see if that helps you not feel cold anymore.
If you're not getting warmer, you should see a doctor. Your anemia may be more serious, and you might need a prescribed iron pill. Even without meat though, you should be able to get enough iron in your body. It just takes a little more work.
P.S. I used to always feel cold at school too, but so did everyone else. I think they kept the temperatures cold so that they'd save on heating bills and/or to keep the students from getting to cozy and falling asleep in class.
You do not state how often this has occurred. If it just happened, then you may have caught the flu or another illness. Please check your body temperature, get lots of fluids and rest and I wish you a speedy recovery.
However, if this is something that's been going on for weeks, it could be due to other reasons - and some that may not relate to you. The afternoon is the warmest part of the day, so your school may simply lower the heat then. As a result, you may feel colder. Just be prepared and bring along a sweater, jacket, sweatshirt, etc. Also, ask if anyone else feels cold - if so, then clearly this isn't you.
Also, how long have you been on this healthier diet? Have you lost weight because of it? Weight reduction can cause changes in how hot/cold we feel. When one is overweight, sometimes simple activities make one feel warm. Once that excess weight is gone, where we once felt warm or just right, we may not feel cold! We have less body fat keeping us warm - which is actually a good thing.
I also want to point out that it could just be your metabolism. You wrote that you get cold in the afternoon, which I am assuming is after lunch. Some people actually get cold after eating because all of their body's energy is now going towards digesting the food they just ate. However, some people get warm because of the heat given off from the digestion process. This is natural and it's just the way you are.
Lastly, while not eating meat is commendable, you still need protein in your diet. Our bodies cannot make all the amino acids proteins require - we have to eat them. As such, I still recommend that you eat eggs, cheese, milk, etc. to get the proper protein in your diet (and if weight is an issue, you can always get low-fat or non-fat cheese and milk). If you refuse to eat any animal product at all, then do some homework to determine the combination of foods you will need to get the proper amount of protein in your diet. You may need to eat more soy products.
From what you wrote, though, it sounds as if you became ill just once and are just more chilly during the afternoon. Let your body recover from the illness (could even be a slight cold) and bring something extra to wear when you get cold in the afternoon. But if it continues, be sure to follow up on that doctor visit. Your doctor can determine if your diet is satisfactory and if there are any other ailments.
I've said it before and I guess I will say it again.
The human body evolved as an omnivore. For what ever reason, you are trying to force it to be a herbivore. Your body isn't getting what it needs to operate efficiently. If you insist on continuing on this path, you will eventually look and feel like all the rest who have chosen this path.
Your "meat deprived healthy diet" is fine for a rabbit. You are not a rabbit!!!
Please, please, please eat meat, fish, and poultry. You really do need it. Don't listen to these nuts who have no credentials.
