Hi ya

It takes 21 days to break the cycle of a bad habbit. So if you can stick it out by not doing it for 21 days, you should be fine. Try new things to take your mind of the cravings, before you know it you will be home free!!

Good luck

Don't start them, because habits are the most difficult things to break. I think the question should be though, "What are some bad habits?" Because just looking around we see some people who appear to be happy, but their happiness depends on bad habits, like taking drugs. I think a good benchmark you could use is to see if the person is only happy doing certain things, and how they behave when they are not. In other words, do they have to depend on doing a particular thing to make them happy, and does this particular thing (generally speaking) make their family or friends unhappy.
