WBC is slightly low,lympho is also slightly low. Dr not concerned.?

all blood tests were normal except WBC (3.9) and lymphos. if dr not concerned then what would cause this. was under stress at the time of the test (death in family). could this cause low levels?

No differential blood count is reported. A viral infection can do this. Repeat count with differential in a month.
