I once suffered from Chronic Bronchitis. I would suffer sometimes 3 to 4 times per year! Usually when there was a major change in the pressure outside (I live in the north, and the temperature spikes and dips do wonders to chronic sufferers of bronchitis!). Each time I would get horrible hacking coughs, hoarking up green phlegm..it was so frustrating!

The key to getting rid of your bronchitis is to find a way to completely eliminate the germs that are causing all the phlegm and irritation leading to your hoarking cough and heavy breathing. Keep reading to learn how to do kill these germs!!

This page it will change your life and make you feel 100% better within just 24 hours!

PROGNOSIS

--------------------------------------------------------------------------------

With treatment, acute bronchitis usually clears up in one to two weeks. The cough that accompanies the disease may last for several more weeks, however. By contrast, chronic bronchitis is a progressive disease. Brief improvements may be seen, but in the long term, no cure is available. The disease often develops into emphysema or other lung diseases, all of which are eventually fatal.

most certainly, esp in young children, weak elderly are usually victims. can be very fatil, maybe and most likely considered contagious, if you are around someone with this, wash hands and use all sanitary precautions.
watch over them as they SHOULD be on antibiotics, make sure they are eating, getting plenty of fluids, staying warm.
my mother used to put vick's cold rub on chest if we had colds.
good luck.
