I have a friend that eats all road kill Evan skunk, he says it taste good if you cook it with lots of onions. he cooks everything in a 45gal.barrow

Don't eat roadkill. You're setting yorself up for a bad case of food poisoning. And you'll probably have a hard time finding badger meat in the US; however, there are some sites that sell exotics game and other meats that can be delicious. Alligator, anyone?

umm... i dont mean to be disrespectful but one thats gross.. and two.. i dont think you should be eating roadkill.. it prob has alot of germs and leave the poor thing alone... its already had a bad death.. you dont need to worsen things by eating it...

ohh u dont wanna eat that.. u can though. take it to a supermarket like the 99 ranch market. tell them to skin it and everything. they'll do it for a little cost.
