Italians eat spaghetti with less sauce then the rest of the world..and they hold their fork against their spoon and twirl it around and around to get all the goodies into their mouth without a whiplash....most of the time they cook the spaghetti al dente which means "to the tooth" a little chewy not so soft....I buy a brand of spaghetti called "de cecco" if you see it in your store....buy it it's a great pasta and so good. Also if you can get a good real Parmesan cheese to top it with it makes a real difference..most stores have the real thing not what you see on the shelf....but in the dairy section or deli in a wedge....

i in my view do no longer think of eating "breakfast" is substantial for weight alleviation. eating only somewhat fruit or a small salad could be a breakfast, or perhaps eating water with a banana. in my opinion, weight alleviation is approximately eating the splendid total meals coupled with an excellent volume of exact activitiy which includes strolling or something greater strenuous.
