Try this

1/2 fresh coconut, grated
2 green chillies
1/2 cup coriander leaves
2/3 sprigs of fresh mint
1/2 tsp cumin seeds
juice of 1/2 lime
1/2 tsp sugar
100 gms yogurt
Make paste in a blender.
Have it with your chips and fish too.
Will keep in the fridge for 3/4 days

either: chicken and mushroom pukka pie with chips and curry sauce, or
chips with mushy peas or
chips and brown sauce.

for all americans out there, chips are the chunks of potatoes deep fried that you have with salt and vinegar!!! not crisps!

I like adding some spicy BBQ sauce on top, with some cheese, and PLENTY of onions and pickles. Mmmm...

Otherwise, I like TONS of salt, vinegar, and pepper. Maybe with some sauerkraut too.

Delicious.

Lots of salt... garlic mayo dip, more salt... some ketchup... and di i mention salt? :) Chips gotta be nice n crispy too, but fluffy in the middle and they cant be covered with stuff to make them soggy. Curry sauce with peanuts is yummy with them too!
