try doing a search on google or yahoo, but be specific about what you want. symptoms, causes, treatment etc

If you are looking for info on treatment, one of the best things to do whether it's type 1 or type 2 diabeties is to switch to the zone diet. Although it is promoted and marketed as a weight loss diet, due to fda regulations,I think, it's been clinically proven in trials that the zone diet is superior to the American Diabetics Association diet for patients with diabetes.

So have I. I went into denial at first then I went
to www.americandiabetesassociation.com There I
found all kinds of information and a great diet
I can stick with. At first I thought it was the
end of the world. After visiting that website I
calmed down and have been living with it ever since.
I am still holding out hope that there will be a cure someday. I wish you and your wife well.
