I think when it drains into your ears and clogs your ears, it makes you dizzy.

Hi,
Think about it, your primary breathing path is your nose and thus your sinus path because most of the time you keep your mouth shut. Less oxygen intake makes for less oxygen overall in your system. Of course that's not me I am forever talking, the only time I take my foot out of my mouth is to switch feet, LOL
Anyways, chronic sinus is difficult to live with but, you may want to ask your doctor about normal saline spray as opposed to sinus unblocker medication (I don't know if you use any) You can use this spray frequently and without side effects.

most certainly can. I have had chronic sinusitits most of my life and even had whats called a turbinectomy and sinoplasty to improve my airways i feel dizzy a lot of the times mainly what triggers mine is indoors when the heater kicks on blowing up debris that people like us that sensitive triggers our attacks.

Yes. It can affect your balance. If it's an infection, it can make you feel sick, dizzy, weak, etc.
