Not at Holland and Barrett, I work there. We sell hulled sunflower seeds. If you waht them in their shells go to a pet shop. (honestly)

I've bought sunflower seeds from several health food shops, including one of the major chains already mentioned. They don't really have shells, just kind of a husk. Don't buy cheap ones, in my experience the quality isn't as good.

I've also grown the flowers in my garden. They grow quite easily in a sunny position. Harvesting and processing the seeds is bit more tricky though.

Grow your own! In Poland you can just buy a sunflower head and walk along picking the seeds out, cracking them open and spitting out the shell. My Polish Aunt was astonished that English people bought seeds ready shelled!

Okay first every child has heard of the human centipede so many say that they've watched it when they got freaked by the trailer. It's not suitable for a child of 10 it's an 18 for a reason. And it may affect your child's mental health state and development more than you may think. I wouldn't recommend anyone watch it let alone a 10 year old

I live in the US, so don't know if this will help... but sometimes the grocery stores that sell bulk foods will have unsalted seeds & nuts. So if any of your grocery stores have a large bulk foods section, you might try that. Otherwise, like others have said... a healthfood store is probably your best bet.

thanks lydia, you said exactly what i was about to say!.
but then any health food store not just a holland and barratt should be able to supply you with them.!
failing that just go to any garden centre and buy a pack of seeds. plant a few and eat a few, and you will have your own supply in no time. just remeber to keep replanting a few as you grow the plants otherwise you will soon run out if you have a particular tast for them.

anyway good luck and enjoy!
